Unconditional Refund for Quality Issues
If you receive a product with quality issues, you are entitled to an unconditional refund. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the refund process. We may require photos or evidence of the issue to process your request.


Exchange or Refund for Size Issues
If the product does not fit, you have the right to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part (e.g., the wrong item shipped).
